It’s been a week since my last post and all I have to show for my efforts is an extra pound. I actually gained weight this week. What? Like, what’s it going to take to get things movin’ in the right direction? (hit “read more” if you’re not bothered by swear words)
Full disclosure; my weight gain isn’t a huge surprise. It’s just plain sad. My binging is out of control. Also, I’m so overweight that my sleep is shit and I can’t wake-up to exercise. It’s a crazy death loop.
My race is in 90 days. I need to figure this shit out. I have to start running in no less than one month.
