It’s been a while since I last checked in.
For about a month life was kind of crazy and healthy eating, and even exercise to a degree, had to take a backseat. Things have quieted down and I’m ready to get back on track. Luckily I haven’t gained any weight so I’m not starting from scratch.
Had my first doctor visit in over a year. My weight is down close to 70 lbs since my last visit. My physician says that if I were to drop another 50 lbs I could probably get off the blood pressure meds. That would be so rad! This was probably the best doctor appointment ever.
Coming up in 31 days is my first 5k. So stoked for this. The Avengers 5k is exactly 100 days away. Current running plan is 2 miles a day twice a week and a 3 mile long-run on the weekend. I also want to find some trails to run too.
A lot to be excited about.
